These terms govern your use of the Caspian-AZ website and our bus rental and tour transport services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Caspian-AZ provides bus, minibus, and coach rental with professional drivers for group tours, corporate transfers, airport transfers, and private charters in Azerbaijan.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after we contact you and accept it. We will always tell you the final price before confirmation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and may be based on a daily rate plus, where applicable, a per-kilometre charge. The final quoted price and payment terms are agreed at the time of confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the trip and notice given, and will be communicated when your booking is confirmed.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate trip details, do not exceed the vehicle passenger capacity, and treat the vehicle and driver with respect. You are responsible for any damage caused by passengers.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, or force majeure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
